Testing tools hiddin minimap when used during map_street test

I wanted to explore the map closely in peace. I typed "map street_test", "Citadel_Hero_Testing_Enabled True", its loaded and there was no minimap in right bottom of the screen (check my 1st screenshot). I typed "Citadel_Hero_Testing_Enabled False" and minimap appeared again. Is there any way I can testing tools without losing minimap?

I confirm this happening. It's a little inconvenient.
