context: the T3 neutral camps in armory/warehouse (lefthand friendly side) are spaced such that if you shoot the middle neutral enemy, tesla bullets can only jump to one of the neutrals since they're spaced out more widely than the other T3 neutral camps.
So given this - I would expect that if i'm shooting the middle creep, my tesla bullet procs should have a 50/50 chance for whether they jump to the left or right neutral. However, they very consistently only proc to one of them - on sapphire side, I believe it's to the lefthand creep, and on amber I believe it's to the righthand.
I dunno if it's just picking the closest enemy to jump to every time or what, but it feels like it shouldn't jump to just the same one every time
