I have played 2 matches today. on both of them there is a you won't get penalty for leaving message (not just for me other users noticed it). However nobody has disconnected. After finishing the match normally (2 loses) I got a ban each time (1 hour and half a day).
My internet connection should be fine but I use an HDD instead of a new drive time. I had longer time to join matches or look like I disconnected at the start on the older system so I think it might be related.
Since the vote update started I had an issue when the first time I joined a game after opening this game (like both cases of my report) I would get disconnected from the matchmaking instead of joining the game (unlike now)
I don't post bugs usually but I think my error might be a rare one since mostly people use SSD now
