Temp banned because of the power shutdowns.

Hello, I'm from Ukraine and we got power unpredictable power shutdowns due to the war and bombardment of Ukrainian cities, even with schedules of when electricity will be available when the massive bombardment strikes the schedules stop working.
Yesterday i got banned because my electricity literally went down at the start of the game and i could not do anything.
Please advise if it is possible to lift up the ban.
