Hello Support Team,
I am writing to explain my recent disconnects and ask for clarification regarding my account standing. I currently live in Ukraine, where we are experiencing frequent, unscheduled emergency power outages.
Recently, I suffered several power cuts in a row, which forced me to disconnect from matches. This resulted in a Low Priority penalty and a 24-hour ban. Following that, I played approximately 50 matches in Deadlock without any issues. However, yesterday my electricity was cut off suddenly again, and I have now received another 1-day ban and two Low Priority matches.
and today it happened again and when I was playing low priority my internet got cut off and I was banned for 6 days
I am trying my best to play only when it is safe, but the outages are unpredictable
