Temp ban and low priority queue after disconnecting and being unable to rejoin

I recently tried to join a game of deadlock, but as soon as i found a game i got disconnected and was not able to rejoin for a few minutes (I even tried restarting my game a few times to see if that would fix it). However, when i finally managed to join the game got cancelled because someone else didn't join. The problem is that this isn't the first time this happened and usually I'm able to rejoin without issue but this is the second time where i wasn't able to join or the game got cancelled and i got a temp ban for a day and put in low priority matchmaking for something i had no control over.
Was wondering if anyone else had the same thing.

Had this happen to me many, many times. The ban gets longer and longer, and more and more low prio wins needed. At this point I literally was banned for 5 days without ACTUALLY, INTENTIONALLY abandoning a single match.

Yeah i don't know why you get punished for something you tried not to do, like i kept trying to rejoin my match but couldn't and the game got cancelled and didn't even count so its not like i made them lose by leaving since it didn't even start. And then i get put in low priority matchmaking with teammates that keep leaving/cheaters which makes it harder to actually win and get out

Good luck getting out of low priority queue! I have 1 win to get out and the past 11 matches have been only cheaters on enemy team and trolls in mine.
