Tarot Card Reader Character?

What if we got a Tarot Reader character? I think that would be really cool. I know we already have Wraith using cards, but tarot reader could maybe have some rng with it, maybe have both damage and support possibilities. Think kinda Astrologian from FFXIV, also inspired by the character sitting in the hideout. We need more whimsy characters!!!

some time ago I had idea written down for a dota character with crystal ball, tarot cards, palm reading and rune checking/ritual sacrifice - all based on the idea of fortune teller - maybe something like this could be implemented in deadlock?
