Talon gets bugged out when bebop hooks him during rain of arrows

When talon is in rain of arrows, and then hooked by bebop, he is often left stuck floating in place with no way to air dash or anything, can only cancel and fall down on the floor, its almost like an extra stun on top of being hooked by bebop.

realizing this may be caused by the uppercut as well. either way it doesn't cancel your rain of arrows and you are stuck floating backwards until you manually cancel, and i believe you cant shoot back while this is happening either until you land.
