My opinion about this item:
I like the idea of Healing Booster being a cheap and very useful item mainly for support. It probably shouldn't be changed, but I was wondering what would happen if this item expanded more as a strong late support item.
Well, here's the result.

What do you think?

I like the concept, though from what I've gathered from a lot of the pro streams too much regen is currently a problem.

This item might be good, but also might make the current meta of just out-healing damage worse since the improved passive makes it that much stronger.

Thanks for the comment. Yeah, I just like to come up with ideas/concepts. And how there developers will look at these items is already their business.

About the fact that deadlock has too much healing I will agree. I didn't write that, but the idea behind the item was to reduce healing, or to redirect your healing to allies, but to your own detriment. Maybe should keep the concept of the item that using it you sacrifice health and get something in return, but replace it not with healing, but with some other bonuses. (maybe like an item that gives you a bullet shield when your healing exceeds your max health. idk)
