For each teammate in a 15m radius receive +5% healing effectiveness with teammates receiving half.
As you heal yourself or teammates everyone in the radius receives 25% of the healing

I think an item like this would be fun on a lot of healing characters, but also self healing characters.
Few notable mentions: Abrams, Billy, Lash, Mo and Krill, Victor, Viscous, and Warden.
I think this would be very strong on Dynamo, but I am worried about how this would work on McGinnis so testing would be needed.
