T4 Vitality - Deflector (Rebuttal/Counterspell upgrade)

An idea that's floated around quite a bit is upgrading Rebuttal into Counterspell, but what if both items were a components to a T4 instead?
With a technical cost of 2400 souls I came up with this!

Reason I decided to keep the stat increase minimal is the fact this would only be 2400 souls after the components and it's capable to heal you massively against spirit nukes.

Well it is 150 heal inherited from Counterspell ontop of healing for the damage you would have taken. Listing it out these would be the upgrades over Rebuttal and Counterspell individually:
+25 bonus health
+2 Spirit Power

Rebuttal Bonus:
Additionally heal 150
+10% Melee Damage

Counterspell Bonus:
Additionally heal full damage of Abilties and Items
Return 20% damage against Spirit Damage
+5 Spirit Power

Might be undertuned with these stats but I'm really weighing the heal against burst abilities being strong.
