T3 vitality item | builds off of Restorative Shot
Passive: (5 second cooldown)
Shooting an ally heals them for 5% of their max HP
Passive: (6 second cooldown)
Your next shot, if it hits an enemy, heals you for 4% of the enemy's max HP

Having something that builds off Resto Shot is a great idea itself, and the passive where you can shoot an ally to heal them is really fresh
