I was thinking about an item from HoN that is very influential in the game. The Bottle. It allows players to store Runes that spawn in the mid-river (A parallel to Bridge buffs here).
This item is what came of me trying to adapt something similar to Deadlock:

By itself it provides fairly minimal benefit (Only a modest buff to duration) but it makes it so that your Bridge buffs last longer, persist through death (which lets you be more aggressive about securing and using them) along with a slowly accumulating bonus every time you actually get one.
Getting both every 5 minutes is highly impractical (along with time consuming), so I tried to balance the bonuses gained around expecting someone who picks this up to getting 1 every time they spawn every 5 minutes. At first it's a pretty poor investment, but after about 20-25 minutes it starts to grow more and more effective, landing at around the same stat value of other T3 items. The longer the match runs and the more Bridge buffs the buyer can secure, the better it gets.
