This is not much of a serious item, basically a goof but it is a vitality item that makes it so if you die you come back for 10 seconds and if you kill the person who killed you in those 10 seconds you come back with half health, obv long cooldown before each use. Assists would also bring you back but if you do not get even that you are fucked.
As a ghost you would also be at a half health.
Would be t4 item, idk if it would be busted or useless but obv you would tweak numbers, give or removes buffs, change cooldowns, etc. I would make shiv more powerful so maybe item is an awful idea ngl.
other idea would be for it to bring you to 100% health and it ticks down by 10% every second and you can't heal
