T3 Spirit Item - Well of Knowledge

Somewhat similar to Trophy Collector, but is aimed towards making Abilities more potent over time.

kinda like old bloodstone in dota though i think it could get kinda out of hand they balanced old bloodstone by having you loose stacks when you died so maybe something like that

too much powerful btw it costs 3200 spirit invest + 40 spirit power, when boundless spirit has 35 and it costs 6400 without lifesteal and range scale mb 25 spirit with full stacks will be better. Just imagine seven with his 1st skill and improved range lol. SUPERBALL

I know where you're going with this, and I am indeed familiar with many items from Dota, but this item is largely inspired by the the items, that have this sort of stacking passive, from another 3rd person MOBA that I used to play a very long time ago, and for almost a decade.

I figured it'd be a good fit here, especially since this is aimed more towards Spirit builds.

So, this is what I've gone with thus far, But If you know something else that would go along with Spirit Power for each stack, then I'm all ears, for I seriously don't know what else to do with this!

Anyways, I just reduced max stacks to 25, reduced Spirit Lifesteal% and Ability Range% gains per stack.

I also changed how one would gain stacks - Now you need to deal certain amount of Spirit damage to NPCs and Enemy Heroes to gain stacks.
