It will be a passive item that you can wall-run on smooth vertical surfaces
+ more air when bounch off walls (only at T4)
This might seems to make characters like celeste more broken but I can assure you that it will have a 5s Interrupt Cooldown just like Majestic Leap
and the passive only work if your character is going at a certain speed to be able to wall-run and it will consume 1 stamina bar every 2 or 4 secoind, upgrading this to t4 would remove this restriction and consume only 0.5 stamina bar or none depending how it would go
