Active: Throw a vial containing magical ashes to targeted area in an arc. when the ash hit something it explode, creating an area of ashes that obstruct all heroes visions.

An active item that obstructs vision could be pretty cool but it also has the potential to be very powerful. Personally I'd make it a tier 3 with the 7 second duration.
