Notes: Consumes unclaimed souls first!

Does a few interesting things for builds/player dynamics:
1) Lets a player invest in (eventually) lots of health with 1 item
2) Lets a player invest souls in health/vitality incrementally throughout a game.
2a) This means you can get the % health bonus without buying items which is key to this item being good.
3) Lets a player who knows they will die convert a small number of unclaimed souls into bonus health.
4) Uses up an active slot!

There are better items than Glutenous Heart if you've got the open slots and want health.
This item is silly, but kind of cool to think about and I think could fit well into some heavy spirit/weapon builds.

Variant Idea Inspiration: Seal Coffer

I really like ideas of items, that give you bonus stats by investing in them, and your item is a good example of it. I think that item's cooldown is kinda too much. It would be hard to gain some good amount of health, if you're required to wait so long to do so.

The cooldown might be a little bit longer than it should. I don't want this item to replace other good health items that come with their own benefits and weaknesses.

One reason to have the cooldown be long is that if you are to use this item well, it will need to be purchased early. Buying it late won't give you the same benefits/ability to convert souls into health.

In this way you're trading initial lane pressure for decently priced health and additional slots for cheap items in spirit or bullet.

Specifically, I find doing a build like bullet Paige really hard as the limited slots don't pair well with how many T2 weapon slots she needs to forever keep to be effective.

Secondly, I an weary of too low a cooldown as this is a mean to secure and then spend souls mid-combat. Certainly it would be amazing to be able to take a sinners use the heart and then die in a fight without too many souls getting taken by the enemy.

This happens a lot for me when I'll have ~800 un secured souls and so avoid team fights till I can buy a big item. It also makes it so that I'll often make poor choices about joining or failing to join important team fights.

Heart should give me and other players some flexibility in exchange for less total power. It's an item that in theory should be great if the game is constant combat, but is probably bad in other situations where you would better invest those souls into bigger/better items.
