A fair trade off

Imbue an ability to loose a lot of its stats (range, duration, scaling, base damage and increased cooldown) to

option 1 gain a bit of its stats for the rest of the abilites range, damage, duration maybe even cooldown (like 10-15% needs to be balanced for every ability separately)

option 2 same as above but for only one ability selected by you (so a double imbue)

option 3 only get better scaling for the other abilities


feel free to comment which one you want it to be (depending on the stats it could also be a t3 instead of t2)
I made this because I rarely use certain abilities and want to focus on others instead
 
Interesting concept. I think it might hit the same spot as other items that have negative stats in the game, as in the players ignore the item, but it's secretly really good.
Neat concept.
