T2 and T4 spirit items - Lucky Charm and Divine Luck

I still dont think that item is good, balanced or not. Its conceptually a bad item. There shouldn't be any luck based mechanics in a competitive game like this.

Well, Luck-based stuff have always existed in the MOBA genre, and some other competitive games, for like a number of years, in one form or another. Just sayin'.

RNG mechanics can differ wildly, some are good but this is not one of those cases.

generally if you want to have add RNG mechanics, they should be ones where players can still through skill either manipulate odds, or the randomness is given to the player as an input, and the skill comes from being able to adapt.

the proposed item however is output randomess, which means it either happens or doesnt happen and you cant do anything about it. there is no skill involved.
