T1 Weapon Active Item

Weapon needs an active item in its Tier 1 shop to match the other 2 item categories, so here's my idea for a simple one:

Reaching Bullets- +7% Weapon Damage, +50 Bonus Health
Active (35s CD): Gain +20% Weapon Fall-off Range (and bullet lifesteal?) for 6s.

Think some characters need bullet range but dont want to buy Long Range because it doesnt fit their playstyle, so giving them an active item available to buy that lets them perform slightly better if forced into scenarios where they cannot close the distance is good. Tying that to an active item with a hefty cooldown would keep interactivity as sitting back for long periods of time would still be unviable.
