Is the system doing this on purpose? Just place me in higher skill matches, not with handicaps.

I got a 2 win streak with high kills and souls and then the system just sabotages me. WTF.

I get this all the time as well. I do really well in games, and the more I win, the worse my teammates get. I've noticed I often get partnered with players who have few hours of playtime, even though I'm mid-tier ranked, making it impossible to rank higher. It got ten times worse after the latest patch, and I swear I get teamed with bots.... The current ranking system seems to pair skilled players with lowbies to even the odds in some strange way, and the system seems to completely ignore ranks. It’s almost feels punishing to win a few games in a row. I'm currently taking a break from this game due to the matchmaking alone.
