I think it would be a good idea for us to have the ability to request our teammates to swap heroes/lanes with them after the game begins, we would have this option for up to 00:30s. People already verbally swap lanes in the game, and we see them as Blue while they're supposed to be purple for example, and so does the enemy team.
If they swap lanes/heroes, the colors/icons should change too so we're aware of who is playing where. I've made a demonstration below of what it could look like.
Allies can choose to Accept or Reject the request for up to 30 seconds and then it is automatically canceled, or you could cancel the request yourself incase you made it by mistake, with the ability to request only once more afterwards (unless the 30s mark passed) to avoid abuse.
