Hello, I have a few remarks and suggestions.
1. After the changes and improvements in matchmaking, finding a match in a party has become very slow. Sometimes it takes up to 10 minutes, especially late at night. Most players play in parties with friends, and often their ratings are very different.
The suggestion: why not implement a system similar to Dota, where the match quality and rating disparity are shown, and players are given the option to accept or decline the match? To prevent abuse, there could be a limit of two declines, for example.
2. Suggestion: after the third to fifth minute of searching, remove the restrictions for solo players being matched with parties. Naturally, limit it to parties of two players. Additionally, you could slightly increase the rating of solo players matched with parties to balance things out.
3. Recently, when playing with friends, in about 80% of the games, we end up on different lanes.
The suggestion: it would be convenient to have a mechanism that allows offering to swap lanes with a teammate. A modal window would pop up for the teammate, giving them the option to choose "yes" or "no". Accordingly, all players, including opponents, would see a notification that someone has swapped lanes. Others can also decide who wants to lane with whom.
4. Suggestion: similarly to the previous point, introduce the ability to swap heroes.
