Survey no longer visible

Survey was visible when I launched first game today (right after I downloaded last patch). But after I pressed skip on one of the question (not the last one), survey just disappeared and was never shown again, even after I played several matches.

These are temporary surveys for each person.
You’ve already received yours, there will be more in the future.

You can type survey_chance 100 in the console to get the item/hero survey pop-up every time you queue for a game.
