Surge of Power and Graves' new ghouls bugged interaction

Surge of Power will NOT up the damage of the wall's Ghouls if you embed into the wall ability. Their damage do go up, however, if you embed it on the ult. If lightning scroll does not affects the wall's Ghouls, but only the Ult ghouls, then Surge should only affect either or.

same thing happens with Mystic Reverb. And I'm just gonna assume the same thing also happens with all other imbues, like Duration Extender.
