After the April 4th patch I've been getting weird stuttering randomly. Sometimes ill get 1 or 2 games running fine then the 3rd will be unplayable some days I don't even get a smooth game and it just makes the game unplayable since team fights and abilities make it worse. I feel my PC is pretty beefy ( 64G ram, 4090, and a R7 5800X3D) and only started experiencing this after the 4-4-25 Patch.
