Game was running fine before the most recent patch. Now it stutters every 2-3 seconds. Bottom right corner says 120 FPS and 60 ping. It's not stressing my computer according to Task Manager. I tried closing all other apps, disabling Steam overlay and animated profile pictures, and uninstalling and re-installing the game. Still stuttering. Unfortunately it makes it really hard to last hit, skill shot, etc.
