Stun resetting upon hitting the ground

I noticed the following behaviors with primarily seven's 2 if you are in mid air when the stun goes off and the full stun duration hasn't elapsed by the time you hit the ground the stun duration will reset. I've found this to happen with any stun that has a duration that could hit you in mid air, I've tested and confirmed on Grey Talon ult, seven 2 and lightning scroll.

Patch notes mention this for zipline knockoff only, so maybe it unintentionally affects other stuns as part of that change?
