Stuck under map after rejoining

My PC crashed whilst loading into the game, and when I rejoined my character was off to the side of the map, underneath it. I jumped off the map and then was put back into a small room and couldn't move (I think it was the teleporter room?)

I could not do anything and was forced to abandon the match (why can't I rejoin again?)
