Stuck in Teleporter

it happened cause i got disconnected form the game when the players got placed on the zip lines

I also got stuck in the teleporter cause of a disconnection in the preparation phase. I got unstuck at around the 10th minute mark when teleporters opened.
Match id was: 13416575.

Same thing is happening in my games now, twice in a day and once yesterday in the few games we play:
'match ID: 18561845 the issue happed for Ivy
match ID: 18488873 the issue happened for geist
match ID: 17804199 the issue happened to wraith

the issues now happen quite often int he games, what is a fix here? even if they exit and come back they are still stuck there. te only option it feels is to abandon the game or just wait for the other team to kill you. I heard some time the thing automatically opens i 20 mins or so but who can wait that long.
