Stuck in item sell dialog - sell/cancel hidden behind 1234

All item slots were full when trying to buy new items, could not sell or cancel this dialog due to the buttons being behind my 1234-abilities. Tried changing resolution from 2560x1440 to 1920x1080, as well as changing aspect ratio from 16:9 to 21:9. Nothing helped. Escape does not work as it opens the game menu. Double clicking an item to sell does not work, neither does clicking one which would make sense by the way. I was stuck, fearing the worst - a loss! Only solution was to scream and then shut down the game, fortunately the dialog was closed when I got back in.

Had this happen to me today on Warden, about 10 minutes ago. I unfortunately do not have a screenshot of it but it was the exact same issue.

I had 15 slots (3 flex) and was attempting to purchase a spirit item that I did not have room for at the secret shop. While I tried to purchase the item, I began getting attacked. The "All Slots Full" dialogue box popped up, but the Sell and Cancel buttons were stuck behind the ability icons, totally unable to be accessed. I mashed the Escape key to close the box but it would only bring up the pause menu, and closing the pause menu would take me back to the same stuck Sell screen.

I was dying at the time, so I attempted to disconnect and reconnect, but apparently choosing LEAVE GAME on the pause menu exits you from the match completely unable to reconnect lol. Sorry team, we were winning too. I at least told them over comms, hope they pulled through.

I've run into the same problem a few times. My frantic selecting and deselecting, plus button mashing of the escape key, has gotten me free before. I don't recall exactly how I did it though. In any case, this is a huge issue when you've already respawned and desperately need to get back on the frontlines.

every single item slot is full and i cannot sell and items to make room or close the menu due to abilities blocking both options. hitting esc or b does not work here either so i'm permanently stuck on this screen

I didn't get a screenshot, but I was in game, nearly full build with all flex slots filled, and when I tried to get a new item it gave me the prompt to sell. But I had so many items that the rows went to the bottom of the screen. I was not able to scroll, and the sell/cancel buttons were behind my abilities. I couldnt sell or cancel because of this and I was stuck at the mid shop unable to move or close it. I was eventually killed and the screen stayed up. Pressing esc only pulled up the pause menu. Was frustrating and all I could do was AFK until the game was over or leave.

Thread 'Neutral Shop Bug'

When in the neutral shop I was attacked which brought up my abilities UI. Since my Ui was brought up I was unable to make a selection to confirm the selling of my item. When hitting escape to try and close the shop it only brought up the escape menu and when closing the escape menu I was still stuck in the shop UI. I tried dying and unsticking character but the UI remained open with no way to close it. Only when I Alt-F4'd and rejoined the match was the issue fixed.

This happens when I press Esc during the item full UI, the Sell and Cancel button are covered by the skills.

There is a fix which is to press B to open shop, refreshing the UI and hiding the skills, but I feel like this could be an issue.

In this image the skills are over the top of the sell and cancel buttons, making it impossible to interact with the buttons. This bug makes it impossible to either sell the item or cancel out of this interface, but you can use the skills and walk around. There didn't seem to be any keyboard navigation for this interface to press the buttons, and pressing escape just summons the game menu over the sell interface, but doesn't resolve the issue.

I was stuck here for quite a while, the only way i found to get out of this situation was to walk out of spawn with the sell...

I've found this to reproducible. If I'm in a secret shop and I try to buy an item with no slots available and that screen comes up, if an enemy then joins the secret shop (and shoots me?) I will be locked in that screen. It's happened twice now, and it's very frustrating since you can't do anything to defend yourself.

Yep. Enemies lock you in the secret shop while in the sell menu
