Happens while holding the item as a draggable. On menu close, it gets glued to the cursor. When the item gets bought or sold while holding it, it seems to be stuck on the upper left corner of the screen. Happens most on respawning while sorting (with auto-buy on) or winning/losing the game. They arent clickable but it is possible to hover over them and see the description. You can click the image in the shop menu to buy and sell the item. The cursor bug can be fixed by clicking the item again in the queue. The corner bug however gets stuck there until app restart.
