Stuck in enemy side corridors as Shiv

Description: When Shiv executes an enemy escaping into their 'protected' side area near the shrines, Shiv will get stuck in the hallway. I was unable to emerge out from the Shine or from the Shop area.

I pulled myself into the protected area with Yamato Flying Strike. Could not move at all. There is simply no way to get out of there, good thing the enemy killed me. It would have been a -1 game if he left me there.
