stuck behind the spawn room side wall after respawn

i tabbed out after dying and when i tabbed back in next thing i knew i was stuck behind a wall with now way out. dc and reconnecting doesnt work.
F7 and "killme" command did the trick but took me a while to get there.

if i remember correctly wasn't there an unstuck button in the settings? would've been nice to have it at that moment.
