Stripes appear when playing as Mo and Krill

Some sort of render issue. Doesn't happen often, but when it does it is mostly in the pregame rooftop area and goes away after a match starts. Although I have seen it when respawning and traveling on the ziplines a few times. The stripes can also be verticle or horizontal.

I have provided my specs as well so maybe that will help narrow down the source of the bug.

NVIDIA GeForce RTX 2060
AMD Ryzen 5 3600 6-Core Processor
16.0 GB RAM

EDIT: it only happens with vulkan, DX11 doesnt seem to have this issue.
