Street Brawl or Normal solo queue not working, voting window says im disconnected

None of my queues are working solo (waited up to 7-8 minutes), i've tried a few times this evening, i also cannot hold c and cancel my queues. If I open the voting booth, the game says im not connected to steam or deadlock and kicks me from the queue. I dont believe i have any low priority or bans or anything like that. Being invisible or online on steam does not matter, restarting the game has not fixed it, nor has any hotfixes. USA Dallas location.

edit: it was cloudflare warp (vpn or tunneling service) i downloaded for final fantasy xiv connection issues lol.
