Stranger takes the form of a tall, gaunt, and pale human man in a trench coat. However, when its True Form is unveiled, it transforms into a levitating eldritch horror.

pretty solid idea, I'd just remark that the ult seems lack luster in terms of gameplay to me. I love the levitation + spirit power, but I just wish it would add a little more twist to the kit (i.e., maybe each ability can be enhanced if cast under True Form?)

That could be cool, but it sounds like Silver (the leaked hero) already has a transformation ult that changes her abilities.

Really this is just a flying hero that shoots rockets with a different paint job, the power of the ult comes from being able to spam rockets down at the enemy. So in some ways it might be better to keep it simple.
