a skilled bibliomancer in life, Howards power only grew when he became a vampire. Fortunately for New York he was content to tend to his bookshop, as well as his cats: Bram, Edgar, and Phillip. That was until a prophet foretold that in 451 days a fire would come and burn down the shop. Now Howard is determined to save his books from the fire, by any means necessary.
Apearance: tall and grim, with a gaunt face (I'm picturing Victor with shorter hair). Wears a black sweater, maybe with a fang, or tentacle pattern. Carries a stack of horror books
Not so sure about his abilities but this is what I've go so far
Abillity 1. Singular strike: Howard summons a spectral stake to fire at his enemies, damaging and stunning whoever it hits
Ability 2. Salamander: Howard throws a book that explodes into a fiery AOE on impact that burns for several seconds.
I don't know what his third ability would be but his Ultimate is Arms of Yogsothoth, or something similarly Lovecraftian. Howard Summons tentacles to damage and slow enemies in an area around himself.
The idea is still a work in progress but please let me know what you think!
