Strange Lag Spikes

This has happened to me in some matches in the past two days. I have tested my internet connection and played other online games and they run fine. Also the voice chat seems to be unaffected by it. It only happens to me in the game, I went to check on the discord I have read someone experiencing my exact same issue.

same but for me the voice chat cuts out and the game tells me I have good ping but my screen will randomly freeze up. More specifically the charectors and npcs and souls of my screen will freeze while doing animations. It happens every few seconds. Also sandbox mode works perfectly fine and I have a strong pc and internet connection.
