Stop pussyfooting around Optimazation (file integrity crash)

As numerous posts here and on reddit have mentioned, since day 1 the following happens:
Game crashes
You can't restart because steam thinks files are corrupted
You try to verify files
Stuck at 0%
You have to then restart multiple times until steam decides its ok to verify, which takes 5-10 minutes.
Game has flagged you.

I am now not only banned for an entire day, but also put in a low priority order. All my "leaves" have been because of this fucking issue. In most of the games i even come back, it's pretty easy to see it in the vod. There has to be a way that you can see it. Steam is the one causing the verification issue. No way in hell there aren't any logs, to use as exemptions to penalties.
Yet you don't seem to give the slightest fuck about resolving this issue, even though there are 2 year old posts reporting it.

It's an alpha, I get it. But if you are ok with your game crashing and once in a week steam having a stroke, maybe...just maybe...stop penalizing people for your lack of interest on the issue.

Contrary to popular belief, people with actual jobs play test your game. My time is limited and I can't waste it on crashes and then bans. Not when i didn't leave the game. I know from tf2 that you guys don't really care about your player base and its all about microtransactions, but It's really frustrating man. The games are actually good....At least make them stable.

ryzen 5 3600
5700xt
16gb ddr4

Its an old system yes, but it manages to run more heavy games without crashes and I have run diagnostics on all of the components. Everything works. Even removing my OC on the gpu doesn't stop the issue from occurring, so it's definitely a software problem
