Stiff model upon exiting / entering menu

Hello, not sure if this has been reported before, but there is a frequent bug I occur with all heroes. Upon going into the menu and tabbing out, and then reentering the game, your model becomes stiff for roughly 1/2 of the time tabbed out. Abilities are not restricted, only the animations of the model. A similar issue happened to me while running with Paradox and then quickly opening the menu - her model became stiff for roughly 5 seconds. I have not tested this with all heroes, but it is probably a general issue and not one for specific models / heroes.

I have observed the same.

While in active gameplay, upon suspending the title (i.e., Alt+Tab) and resuming the player's hero model no longer has any animation.
If suspending only briefly (between several seconds and a minute), the issue might self-resolve.
If suspending for a longer period of time, it can only be resolved by quitting to the main menu.

I can only confirm this occurring in Hero Sandbox.

Also, it looks like none of us here mentioned that upon resuming from the suspended state the hero can no longer shoot.
