My idea for this item is that it would allow you to swap out all future statue buffs, one for each category of either weapon, vitality, or spirit. The exact amounts per buff aren't super important but all would likely be very low considering the regular buffs are already very small and incremental. I would probably consider this as a 1600 item due to how some charcters would be able to abuse the stacking buffs over time, so making it a risky purchase early in lane would be an interesting way to balance imo, but I could also see these as 800 items as well to incentivise selling it as the game goes on and item slots become more valued.
(Keep in mind the defaults are currently fire rate, cooldown, max ammo, weapon damage, health and spirit)
