Stamina steal item

Orange item, active, imbues your next shot with a stamina stealing round, when it hits the enemy transfer one enemy stamina to you
throw some stats on it too, bonus health maybe?

Sounds like a fun item, great for pushing and ambushes.
Should probably be a 1250 souls item, so its both reachable in the early and mid game but also something you have to choose to keep or switch out for more damage or slow later.

Could have extra ammo prehaps, and/or faster reload. Since that fits more in the playstyle where you would use this.

you have extra stam, superior stam, point blank, kinetic dash, how much do you need? Plus this item would give you more stamina if you land it

Prehaps for those that are less good in english or dont read between the lines, its good to explain this suggestion better;
This item would allow the stealing of a Stamina Charge not permanent stamina bars. As far as i read into it.
So when someone is dashing away, you can take away one use of the dashes/climbs from the enemy for that encounter.
