After his mother suddenly passed away due to a curse placed on his family's bloodline, St Aensland dedicated himself to the Patron (not sure of the Patrons names in lore yet but imagine one that is similar to the Abrahamic religions version of God, I get a feeling you guys have a Patron like that to be revealed...) and vowed to serve him as long as The Patron rid his bloodline of the curse.
Since that day St. Aensland has been traversing through the Upper West Side, Chinatown and wherever else evil may lurk, slaying the demons, monsters and "sinners" that he deems unfit to roam New York, with or without the permission of any mortal.
Backed by only by his Patron and his unwavering followers, who trust his vision and see him as the 4th coming of their Patron in the physical, St Aensland has yet to find an evil that can withstand his judgment.

Passive/Weapons: St Aensland wields a holy sword engulfed in angelic flames from his patron in his left hand. His right hand he wields an Uzi that starts with 44 bullets. Every 48-22 (Decreases with souls) seconds his melee will ignite the target burning away at their darkest desires for 4 seconds. The burn duration increases to 6 when heavy. Deals 4-24 percent max health. Killing troopers reduces cd, increased dmg on troopers. Wings on his ankles.
Ability 1/Holy Fire: Aensland fires down a line of holy fire from his blade. Imagine a cloud neutral b, but its blue and fire looking. This flame travels in a line scorching sinners and leaving behind a line of blazing holy flame. Lingers for 5 seconds. Spirit Damage on the wave, weapon damage up close (hit by the blade).
U1: Flame lingers for 2 extra seconds and reduces spirit resist by 1.5% per chip.
U2: Targets in the flame take increased weapon damage
U3: Now launches a lingering large triangle flame and deals percent max health.
Ability 2/Blessing: [Passive] Aensland constantly praises his Patron and is granted bonus +2-12 ms when near allies and his Patron blesses his allies with this swiftness as well. He also boosts his own fire rate and stamina recovery significantly when near an ally as well.
U1: +4m/s to nearby allies
U2: Patron now heals nearby allies' wounds as well, granting all nearby allies bonus resist, stamina and regen. (+1 stamina to all nearby allies)
U3: +2 stamina, shooting allies affected by Blessing now heals them.
Ability 3/Ascend: Aensland uses the wings on his ankles (a blessing from his Patron) to ascend. (Think Vindicta, Gray talon but does it elegantly like he's in super Mario galaxy and make the initial lift a trust into the air like shiv dash but vertical.) Aensland can glide when in the air. Ability 2 can still affect nearby grounded allies. Using dash causes Aensland to torpedo thru the air dealing damage to hit enemies. can be cancelled while elevating to maintain elevations when indoors.
U1: +1 charge
U2: increased height/speed
U3:cost no stamina to do dash move (4 sec minimum between dashes + slashes enemies hit, instantly slowing them and removing a stamina on hit. 20 cd per target for stamina removal. deals spirit dmg.
Ability 4/Revelation: Aensland sings the ultimate praise for his Patron. Remove all ccs off of self and nearby allies. nearby allies are granted double the effects for u2 + so is aensland. Nearby enemies are grounded for 1.25 seconds and begin to face judgement, taking the passive damage + 33% of their missing hp. Ability 3 cooldown instantly resets and is granted the effects of its u3 instantly. ability 1 cd reduced significantly. Ability 1 lingering flame also deals passive damage. Ability 1 flame heals allies hit and standing in it and the damage stacks.
u1-increased duration on takedown
u2-bonus spirit resist shred and bullet resist shred on Uzi. Uzi now reduces healing on shot when ulted
u3-reduces incoming debuffs, shields allies, heals them for % missing.
He wants to complete the ritual to grant his Patron full power and give his followers the Apocalypse they have been waiting for, but only so the world can be pure and new of course.
Color scheme: blue and white.
Role: Tank shredding support/ DPS. Duo lane almost exclusively. Maybe with ability 4 max/3 max he can go solo? Can work on that.

EDIT: Flame is really a dull way to put it. I want you to imagine like blue liquid flaming plasma type stuff. Very ethereal and godly. Heals the "good" (subservient, weak-minded, submissive, controllable) and helps them. Harms "evil" (anyone with enough self confidence to face Aensland).
