spreadshot weapon + split shot + armor piercing rounds bug (game breaking)

If split shot and armor piercing rounds are used with a spreadshot weapon, all the bullets can hit one person, despite split shot stating that a target gets only hit once per shot.

With that bug an abrams can one shot with a shoulder charge.

Yup, this is pretty bad and I've experienced it in game. Match ID 46740594
From what I understand it's split shot and armor piercing rounds, often combined with express shot and later lucky shot. In the match I linked Abrams hit me for 3.6k damage off a single express shot burst after shoulder charge relatively early in the game.
