Spray Prayer - T3 Shotgun Item

A reddit comment inspired me to think of a shotgun item, since most items seem to favor rifles.
So i think shotguns need an item that is useless on everything except shotguns and plays up the function of a shotgun.

+100% increased amount of bullets
+75% increased bullet spread.

The bullet spread is in some ways a nerf, but could be considered a buff for proccing item modifiers on multiple targets a lot easier.

This right here is a bad design philosophy to follow. If you look at the items that are currently in game, you'll see that there are some very select items that are completely useless on only a very small selection of heroes. (specifically, the Lightning Scroll doesn't work on Vindicta, Kelvin, Pocket, or Mirage and those 4 are the only exceptions to a single item)

It's fine to make an item that is mostly only useful for a small selection of heroes (Express Shot, for instance, is mostly only useful on heroes that have Alt-fire modes) but it still needs to be a valid item for almost everyone to pick up. This item would literally only work on Shotgun heroes, which makes it not a good item due to an underlying bad philosophy used.
