Splitshot Through Kelvin Dome

Splitshot bullets go through kevlin dome, Basically any bullet but the center one will just go right through it. Works on every character.
Had a vyper on the other team abuse it when I was on kelvin.

Confirming that this does happen. It happened in my game with Paige. When she used Split Shot, all of the bonus bullets went through the dome, but the middle one is properly blocked.
