Splitshot currently bugged against shotgun heroes

Any character with Splitshot in their inventory currently takes extremely low damage from shotgun heroes, seems like this is because only one pellet is registering on them.

No, it persists after use.

No, it persists after use.

It does go away if the character uses a shotgun base weapon after activating it, but if the opponnet has splitshot and 1. Has a shotgun and HASNT activated it or 2. Simply owns splitshot, you will still deal no damage to them

bump to confirm bug. Tested in a bot match, can confirm Abrams did basically no damage with primary fire when I had split shot.
