Just played into this myself, please fix ASAP

Only seems to happen if splitshot is bought before armor piercing rounds

Also landing multiple splitshot multishots on a single target while you have toxic bullets or silencer builds up the bleeds and silences at an equivalent rate. This may be intentional but infernus and haze don't build up their passive debuffs in similar scenarios, so I don't think it is.

why it must be a bug, if you doint 5 shots and not 1???
its means that in very close range its x5 dmg
the real bug is with lucky shoot and mystic reverb, if u dont shoot and make damage with skill, mystic reverb make x2 damage

Split shot by design can only hit one target per bullet pre split, its in the item description
